Halina Mihutskaya

From my childhood, I've always claimed that I wanted to be a ballerina. The dream of being on stage has always followed and motivated me. After a significant move from Belarus to Ukraine at the age of 23, I closed the door that I had not chosen and opened the one where my dream was hidden. Thus, the journey began.

I have participated in various productions, both classical and experimental, ranging from big to small. Among my favorite roles were Irina in "Three Sisters," Silvia in "Man. Dog. Woman" (by Albert Henry “Sylvia”), one of the "Bacchae" in a contemporary adaptation of Euripides' tragedy of the same name, and, so far, the most significant role in the solo play "Whirlpool" (by V. Sigarev, titled "In My Whirlpool").

While in Amsterdam, I decided to experiment with and explore performative practices and physical theatre. Currently, I am developing a solo performance titled "She Is Growing Potatoes" and have already had several presentations of this independent project.
